ORCA Call Center Underlying the ORCA mission is a commitment to customers. ORCA provides world-class telephone and e-mail service to customers through its Customer Support Center. The Support Center operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to give customers access to alarm information, product support and monitoring services. ORCA's Customer Security Specialists are extensively trained both in the classroom and on the job, and undergo certification that exceeds industry standards.

ORCA is an active participant in the security industry, working with government, industry and public interest  organizations to improve crime prevention, security awareness and industry standards. Towards these goals, ORCA is a member of the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association, the Security Industry Association and the Home Automation Association.
